Visa

A visa to enter Russia is required for most foreign participants. LOC provides visa support for participants registered before July 31, 2012. For these participants LOC will send out official invitations in the period from September 10 till 30, 2012 to be submitted by you to the Russian consulate in your country. Alternatively, a touristic visa to Russia can be obtained with a prepaid voucher from many hotels (you can receive this information in hotel, please, see the list of Moscow hotels). Participants are encouraged to apply for the visa well in advance in order to avoid last minute problems. LOC cannot guarantee visa support for people without presentation in 3M-S³.
